Exercise to give our bodies the ability to fight and stay fundamentality healthy – very important. Certain remedies to repair the gut – again, in humble opinion, super important.  But with the wrong foods consistently in our diets?  We might as well not bother at all!  I have to be careful not to preach too much here, as I like a cheeseburger or something sugary from time to time just like the next person however, we need to keep Pareto’s 80/20 rule in our heads for the purpose of keeping the ‘bad stuff’ in moderation – cos’ we need to be feeding our tummies with plenty of the good stuff which helps us with general inflammation & good digestion.  This in turn will feed our good bacteria, helping us back on to a path of ‘control’ with our bodies.
